Returns Policy

Returns Policy

  • If you change your mind once you have placed your Order, please notify us in writing of your wish to cancel the Order immediately. If we receive notification of Cancellation before we process your Order, we will happily refund you in full including any delivery costs charged.
  • If upon receipt of your goods you are not satisified, we offer a refund in full for goods returned within 14 working days of receipt of the items(s) only if it is in a new, unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
    • Please send the item, along with the original Despatch Note and a covering letter explaining the reason for return to:

    • Please note, this is not a Freepost address and Shop Rush will not pay for the cost of Return delivery. We do however strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.

  • Returns will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, whereupon we will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or exchange. Refunds can take up to 15 working days to appear in your account.
  • If you are exchanging an item where there is a difference in cost, such costs will be either charged/refunded via the original payment method (along with postage and packaging where appropriate).

Damaged or Faulty goods:

  • It is with regret that sometimes goods may be damaged in transit. In which case, we ask that you return your unused goods to us and we will send out a replacement.
  • Please return any such item, with a copy of your Despatch Note and covering letter to the Returns Dept address as shown above.
    • Shop Rush strongly advise that all items are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
    • Please note that you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the item. This will be issued back to your original method of payment.
  • If, by our error you have received the incorrect goods in your Order, we will endeavour to replace the goods with the correct Products at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. Please contact shoprush@rush.co.uk to arrange this, including details of your name, order number and delivery address

Returning faulty GHD Hair Straighteners:

  • GHD Hair Straighteners are covered by a 24 month Manufacturer’s warranty held with Jemella (GHD)
  • The warranty entitles you to a repair or replacement of your faulty hair straighteners. Simply return them with the proof of purchase and a covering letter including your own address and a brief note explaining the nature of the fault to:

    • Shop Rush strongly advise that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery in order to ensure safe receiot of the goods due to their high value.
    • Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for the return delivery of your GHDs.
