RUSH REWARDS


From your first purchase on ShopRUSH, you can start collecting RUSH points as part of our RUSH Rewards. The more you spend, the more you save! You can use the RUSH points you collect as part-payment towards the products you love, so you don't have to earn lots of points before you start to see the savings.


Simply create an account, place an order and watch your RUSH points turn into RUSH Rewards!



Collecting RUSH points


How many RUSH points will I receive? When collecting points, you will receive 5 RUSH points for every £1 spent. When redeeming points, each RUSH point is worth 1p.


Where does it show me how many RUSH points I'll get for each product? You can see this information on the product page, next to the price of the product.


How can I see how many RUSH points I have collected? Log in to your account at any time via shoprush.co.uk/Shop/MyAccount and go to the 'My Orders' section. This will show you the total amount of RUSH points you have to spend, plus how many you've earned and how many you've redeemed.


Will I get RUSH points on sale items? Yes. You will still get 5 RUSH points per £1 but the points you receive will be based on the sale price.


If I return a product, what happens to the RUSH points I earned? The RUSH points earned on that particular item will be deducted from your account when that item is received back in to the warehouse.


Do I receive RUSH points for the delivery charge? No.


How can I earn more RUSH points? You can collect RUSH points in many other ways on ShopRUSH besides shopping!


  • Rate a product - Has your new shampoo transformed your hair? Let us know! Rate a product using our star rating system (or add a review if you're feeling chatty) and earn 5 RUSH points!
  • Refer a friend – For every friend you refer to ShopRUSH who goes on to make a purchase, you will receive 50 RUSH points!
  • Fill in our online questionnaires – From time to time, we will want to get in touch to ask your thoughts on the site. Often this will just be quick 'yes or no' questionnaires or simple ratings, but sometimes they might be a little more in depth. We want to reward you for taking the time to help, so completing a questionnaire can earn you 50, 100 or 150 RUSH points (depending on the length)!
  • Exclusive email offers – When you sign up to the ShopRUSH newsletter, you'll be the first to receive exclusive points offers on certain brands or hear when we're having double or triple points events across the site!


Redeeming RUSH points


How can I redeem my RUSH points? On the basket page, there will be a box telling you how many points you have to spend. You must be logged in to your account to see this information. Once you are logged in, you can then type in how many points you would like to redeem on this order and click the 'Redeem' button. This will then recalculate the total amount payable.


Is there a limit on how many RUSH points I can redeem per order? The total value amount of RUSH points that can be redeemed in one transaction is £5. This equates to 500 RUSH points.


Can I use all of my RUSH points on one order? Yes, you can use all of the RUSH points you have collected as long as their value doesn't exceed 30% of the total order value.


Can my RUSH points be redeemed at the same time as using a voucher code? Yes, but the amount of points you receive from purchasing that basket will be recalculated once the discount code has been applied.


If I use my points to pay for an order, do I still earn RUSH points on what I buy during that transaction? Yes. The basket page will tell you how many points you will earn but you must be logged in to your account to see this or redeem them.


How long do I have to redeem my points? There's no time limit on redeeming RUSH points.


Are any products excluded from RUSH Points? You cannot earn or redeem RUSH points on RUSH Salon Vouchers.


Can I redeem my RUSH Points in RUSH Hair and Beauty salons? At the moment, RUSH points can only be used online on ShopRUSH. We'll let you know as soon as this changes!

ShopRUSH reserves the right to change the number of points collected on products included in RUSH Rewards, withdraw points promotions or amend the scheme at any time.
