How to use Nicole by OPI My Empire… My Rules Nail Lacquer

• On clean, dry, manicured nails, apply 1 coat of OPI Base Coat.

• Finish with either an OPI Top Coat to seal the great colour in or a Shatter Top Coat to create a funky, fashionable nail statement!
