How to use OPI I Don't Give A Rotterdam! Nail Lacquer

• On clean, dry, manicured nails, apply 1 coat of OPI Base Coat.
• Apply 1 - 2 coats of your chosen OPI Nail Lacquer shade and allow to dry.
• Finish with either an OPI Top Coat to seal the great colour in or a Shatter Top Coat to create a funky, fashionable nail statement!
