OPI Nail Lacquers are designed to dry quickly on a two coat formula. They contain no DBP, Toluene or Formaldehyde. The bottle design - along with its wide, long brush - allows for an easy grip and steadier application for a professional finish.
How to use OPI Limited Edition Pink Shatter Top Coat
- On clean, dry, manicured nails, apply 1 coat of OPI Base Coat.
- Apply 1 - 2 coats of your chosen OPI Nail Lacquer shade and allow to dry.
- Apply 1 coat (and only 1 coat!) of Shatter Top Coat, quickly covering entire nail.
- Allow to dry completely.
- Optional: For a shiny finish, apply your choice of OPI Top Coat.
- Note: Always replace cap tightly after use. If Shatter begins to thicken in the bottle, thin with 2-3 drops OPI Nail Lacquer Thinner.
