How to use OPI Vodka & Caviar Nail Lacquer 15ml

• Always apply a good base coat. We recommend using Ridge Filler or Start to Finish.
  
• Finish with either an OPI Top Coat to seal the great colour in or Black Shatter to create a funky, fashionable nail statement!
